Thorough vacuuming can get rid of some of your bed bugs. Carefully vacuum rugs, floors, upholstered furniture, bed frames, under beds, around bed legs, and all cracks and crevices around the room. Change the bag after each use so the bed bugs can't escape.

Gud evening, it Is a very common problem.
Certain things you can do get relief-
1. Maintain hygiene, wash your sleeping sheet regularly with warm water
2. Put your mattress in the sun for the bugs to get out with heat and can use antibug sprays
3.for your skin use calamine lotion and any antiallergenic tablet, but if there are scales or any demarcation visit a doctor.

Hi lybrate-user,
bed bugs are not known to transmit any diseases as far as I know, however their bite can cause allergic reaction in some patients.
Iron rich foods are as follows:
start drinking jaggery dissolved in water. We are talking about desi jaggery here, the dark brown one and not bleached one.
Also green leafy vegetables are rich in iron, especially spinach.
Dry fruits, beans and peas also have considerable amount of iron.

You might be having allergic itching and any substance around you can be allergic like house dust mite, weather changes and substancesin use. You need to take antihistamines and completely clean the room with the vacuum cleaner and wash with hot water
