You have nothing to do, you are good. There is no way to increase platelets in dengue or normally except through donor/ blood.
Dengue is a viral infection, caused by mosquito bites.
Symptoms/ Signs of Dengue – for your knowledge

Hi certain foods help to increase Platelets.... Lean meats such as fish, chicken and turkey are rich in protein, zinc and Vitamin B12, all of which help increase the blood platelet count. Beans contain Vitamin B9 or folate which greatly helps boost the blood platelet count. Some other foods rich in B9 are spinach, asparagus, and oranges

There are not such specified drops like that. Actually it is a salt present in papaya leaves which is helpful.

Yes fruits are helpful in incresing platalets count but it depends on your count. But only taking fruits will not help it should be proper diet. Fruits like oranges, pomegranate, papaya are helpful.
