Don't worry. If still pain persist get evaluated by gastroenterologist. Get CT scan of abdomen done if still in doubt. Get blood test done to rule out HIV.

two options- 1) after proper staging with PETSCAN, chemotherapy followed by surgery 2)upfront surgery follwed by chemotherapy if 1-2 metastsis in liver.

Keep a watch on size of white ulcer and hav regular checkups. Ulcer, bleeding from it, excess watering are all symptoms..biopsy is confirmative
