Blood in sputum once many times occurs because of simple conditions like teeth problem also, just meet local Dr, and cross verify.

Eat the food in time what your home made do not leave culture, drink more water coconut water weekly, enjoy fruits pertains to that season.

1) take rest, eat boiled egg once a week, drink milk, vegitables have. Take homoeo medicines if pain doesnot subsides.
