Need some more information. Can you see any redness in the mouth. If its because of throat or oral ulcers or wisdom tooth infection.

Drink lots of water and take a b-complex capsule daily. Make sure that you are avoiding spicy and oily food for at least 2 days.

A big no. Chewing gums can only help you in increasing the quantity of saliva in your mouth nothing else. Other things you mentioned are rumours.

Bleeding tongue is not common. It might be because of infection or other oral condition. Visit a dentist.
