Cefalexin is an antibiotic Irregular use of them causes Resistance and side effects. Be careful in using them

Get investigated then see a good consultant physician. You might be allergic to dust try anti allergic drugs with paracetamal.

Sugar is life style (the way you live) disease try to control first with normal sugar reports. Then ask for your appetite. Take small feeds.
