Well, it's is a small lesion, anthor option is stereotactic biopsy, surgery, is done for confirmation of the pathology that it's a tumor or any infection.

If your having headache and associated visual disturbances you get an MRI brain done with fine cuts of sellar region, if no symptoms are there, repeat the test.
