High bp can be a cause of your headache so regular bp monitoring is a must. Shud be maintained less dan or equal to 140/ 90 mm of hg.

I want to know if telmisartan 40 mg and ramipril5+ hydrochlorothiazide12. 5 are same in effect and dosage quantity for hypertension.

They are 2 different categories but they act in almost same way except telmisartan can cause dry cough. Dosage depends on the bp reading.

This is a high blood pressure. U should switch to tab telma - h (40/ 12.5 )mg n then monitor the bp regularly. Please donot be careless as it can harm multiple organs.
