cramps like pain is the side effect, but it works only up to 2 months of pregnancy only, if more than that, success of complete abortion is less

white discharge is not a reason for infertility, but if it is fowl smelling and itching, use candid vaginal pessary

u have to use complete kit, after stoppage of bleeding, just do pelvic scan to know any remnants of pregnancy left
