Am 45 year old unmarried female, weigh 45 kg, no medical problem in past. Since my last period on 2 may, after 3-4 days I am now getting brown black discharge daily in 2-3 times a day. With little period pain feel like. Feel bloated or indigestion .is it normal or starting of perimenopause? My family and me had no medical history, no sugar, no bp. Gynae gave me 2 days medicine for spotting block (tablet trapic 500 mg for two days) now spotting stop. Is it perimenopause symptom? I am further taking calcium tablet and menopace iso tablet daily now brown discharge stop after medication but I still feel mild cramps like period pain at times ,but no periods till now. Now again my periods happen after one month and normal bleeding for two days, but still mild cramps continue after periods over. Also after consuming calcium tablet my cramp worsen within minutes. Why so.

My sister is aged about 40 years. She had a lump in her right breast a mammogram was done and then 2.5 cms lump with benign lymph nodes were noted. A quadrantectomy on right breast only no lymph nodes were extracted. Upon HPE it was revealed that she has ductal infiltrating carcinoma. Then PET CT was done and no distant metastasis and no lymphadenopathy was reveled. It is advised to undergo 4 cycles of CT and the breast only irradiation. Is lymph node removal required.

Hello, I am 9.5 weeks pregnant and went for a obgyn appointment at 8 week 6 days, doctor did the ultrasound and told about no heartbeat, baby was about 8 week size.
