Sugars are fine triglycerides slightly high change your oil and start some exercise and check after a month, if still high then you have to start medicine.

You have to increase the dose to 150 and gap should be atleast 60 min between medicine and food daily you have to take medicine.

Food that is full of nutrients like fresh green vegetable, high in protein and low carb fat diet in between snacks should be take avoid fruits with food.
