My mother 69 years old is suffering from a psychological disorder where she remembers everything about everyday and everyone past abd present but has been ailing since last 2 years with a problem that no doctor could detect. It first started with her complaining of stomach pain. Doctors said theres nothing wrong in stomach but a few gall stones and its more psychiatrist problem. We refused to agree on this and finally a gastro surgeon operated uponher gall bladder removal. Now she sleeps almost full day refuses to go out and keeps saying about 1000 times in a day that she has no clothes. She is feeling naked and she is worried if family will throw her out. She repeatedly says she has no clothes and is naked while this is not the truth. Daddy who is a prostrate CA patient is having a very this time managing her and helping her. Of late she has become very aggressive and talks anything. She has lost a lot of weight too but eats too much when she is unable to measure her hunger. She goes down without informing and creates panic situation.
Pls pls help. My dad is suffering due to this problem of mummy.

I had a chronic masturbation addiction since I was 13. Now I am 34 and Married with a kid. I had loved 2 girls fully one-sided each a lot of years. So was emotionally broke due to failure and resorted to heavy alcoholism and smoking. My marriage had a little compromise on physical appearance and the modernity of my partner I was expecting since I had a lot of rejections in matrimonial search since I have a appearance disability of born baldness (universal alopecia)
My expectation of bliss of sex was not satisfied or very subtle and I feel a unsatisfied sexual urge in me because I am still masturbating when I see porn or a romantic scene in movies.
I don't get the satisfaction or better when I masturbate in real sex with my wife.
And when my wife s away for a while I get huge urge of committing adultery going to prostitutes. I love my wife and I don't want to have another relationship. But the physical urge is killing my sex life since my erection is also weak and ejaculation is too premature.
My question is whether I am having too much fantasy of sex from childhood which was blasted in real sex or I am having a anhedonia due to prolonged alcoholism.
But I have given up smoking for 2 years and drinking is once per month or once 2 weeks with not more than 2 drinks.
