I'm a 24 year old female who is diagnosed having ibs and also i'm getting very scanty period, my period flow is not like normal. I get little stomach burning and cramps with bloating after a bowel movement in morning. Despite of emptying my bowel I still get a feeling of incompleteness. When I pass gas or have a bowel movement I feel better. Please help what could could be done. I'm really irritated coz of this.

Under allopathic doctor is father is cure from sgpt liver infection. But today reports comes and report is bilirubin total- 25.14. Bilirubin (direct)- >15. Bilirubin (indirect)- 10.14. Sgpt- 88. I think it is blood jaundice if it's not then my father can't eat food and my father drink lot of water. No vomiting and liver pain. And my father is suffering from sugar. Please check all the report I have mentioned above and please suggest me how to cure my father from jaundice.
