It can be removed by bleaching technique. If your teeth are not so much sensitive then you can go bleaching by a dental surgeon.

There are a lot of reasons of halitosis. It may be due to food accumulation on teeth, or others. You can use mouth wash 1or 2 file. Scaling may be rule out your problem.
