I am 36 years, 4.8 ft, 56 kgs unmarried women suffering from hypothyroidism since last 5 years and on medication of thyronorm 100 mcg. The problem is I am over weight and have huge breasts which is causing havoc on my life. My recent blood report says: T3 =1.10 ng/ml, T4= 12. 80ug/dl, TSH = 0.851 uIU/ML, Vitamin B12 = 362.7 pg/ml ad vitamin D = 8.51 ng/ml. Please help me to reduce my weight especially breasts.
