Hello doctors, its aquib a 19 years old guy this side. I basically have been suffering from ocd and depression from nov 2020 at starting it was mild but during the month of april and may it gets very problematic and I also started feeling panic attacks and hallucinations. Thereafter I consulted a psychiatric doctor in kolkata on june 2021. I told him all my symptoms and after consultation he prescribed me (nexito) escitalopram. Initially he started with 5 mg
and taken it to 30 mg I am still having the same dose. The medicine however suited me and I got about 60 to 70 percent relief till nov 2021. But from the past 1 month I again started feeling depression some times mild ocd and hallucinations too. So what should I do now? I didn't missed my doses however.
