This is due to indigestion. Drink lot of water. Do warm saline gargle with chlorhexidine mouthwash. And also consult a dentist for scaling.

No. Its a normal procedure. Cleaning of teeth (scaling) done by a dentist can not make your teeth week. So dont believe in superstitions.
