My friend have pain start from lower lumbar vertebrae then after 1 week his joint become stiff from shoulder, hip,ankle joint and he started walking lame he saw a doctor and test report have HLAB27 show positive approx one month pass but he suffered from pain what should I please told me his weight also reduced.

Your previous condition might have some role. But you can do few light stretching exercises along with warm fomentation. Go to near by therapy clinic or consult an Occupational therapist nearby.

My wife had a MRI and the report says following:
Mild diffuse hyperintense signal is noted on T1WI / T2WI in the D10 vertebral body. It appears mildly hyperintense on STIR images and does not show post contrast enhancement. No evidence of involvement of the posterior elements. No end plate destruction/ disc involvement/ paravertebral soft tissue thickening or collection. No similar changes in rest of the visualized vertebral bodies.
Does this indicate any serious problem?
