Night fall is completely normal. It is the reaction to the brains dreams at night which is a normal phenomenon. You don't have to worry about it.

No, sweating is a natural mechanism of the body to cool oneself. As long as you are replacing the lost fluids and minerals like sodium it is perfectly fine.
