Its not because of spondylitis, its due to vit deficiency may be 12 or d3 without examination I can't say you just consult with your local physiotherapist or doctor.

If you have diagnosed AS, just go for regular exercise like swimming, cycling, walking maintain joints mobility, for pain talk hot fermentation.
