Hello it's depend when you had abortion. Normaly after 6 month of years abortion you can plan for 2nd.

Hi during pregnancy abdomen tighten is normal bt if you have bleeding or pain in abdomen than you need to consult gynecologist.

Hi, usually 37 weeks complete hone k bad head engage ho jata hai. You can wait till 1 week. Start walking n squatting exercise it will help you.

If you have irregular period n you have taken unwanted 72 than don't worry you will get years period and still if you have doubt than you can do pregnancy test.
