I have b12 n d3 deficiency on which I had started medication. 2 days ago I had high fever and muscles pains at afternoon. I took tablet dolo so o got relief bt on the same day I got high fever at night. So I visited clinic where doc gave me medicines and suggested to do haemogram for dengue. I did the taste and my platelets count is 226000 nw. After taking medicines I dnt have fever yet. But feeling lil dizzy. I am confuse.
