Best method to manage swelling of feet and legs is by using a compression stockings worn in the morning, and removed before going to bed.

If your daughter is very symptomatic due to the GB stones, the GB must be surgically removed. If not symptomatic, no surgery is presently required.

If your father is symptomatic regarding the GB stone, He should undergo GB removal surgery. If not symptomatic, He can wait for the present. He can take low fat diet.

The sludge may not be removed by allopathic medicine. If he is symptomatic, He should undergo GB removal surgery.
