I am taking dostinex (cabergoline) tablet half twice a week. It has been prescribed to me by any doctor to control prolactin levels. However since i’ve been taking it I get very tired, feeling of nausea and constant headache. I’m 19 and it’s my first time taking this medication. Is it normal?

Please bataye ki in future unki marrige life m koi problm to nhi is diseases say. Dawai khath h to thik h proper.

I am having chronic headaches since 1 year. I have consulted my gp who gave sibelium 5 once a day for 1 month but no effect. Next I consulted neurologist who gave desval 500 er and dolo as sos but no effect. Then he gave desval 500 er along with betacap plus 10, clonotril 0.25 and oleanz 2.5. Headaches have reduced slightly but not much change. Also along with these headaches there is puffiness/discomfort behind both ears and around both eyes. Also at times I donât get sleep at all due to over thinking. All parameters including thyroid are normal.

Steroids is the choice, you cab decrease dose depending on response, otherwise vision loss is risk.

intense headache, heavy pressure on head, eyes, ears, affects reading severe, a 20 minute reading put to deep sleep for 2 to 5 hours, sleepy & drowsy all the day and night. If reading activity is not stopped, it leads to dizziness, blurred vision & double vision. In addition, intense back pains. Wearing a mask (due to covid) will lead to threathlessless and augment above symptoms.
A walk of more than 3 minutes worsens all above problems and put me into sleep.
Prednisolone resolves most of the symptoms and make me wakeful (took only 2 weeks) but, no much improvement in walking. Due to risk of black/white/yellow fungus, I am looking for an alternative. All the above issues made me jobless for more than 17 years. Unfortunately my problem was not diagnosed. I have to many neurologists, ophthalmologists, stabismologists, ontotologists. I live in usa, came to india proper dianosis. Fortunately my condition is diagnosed as poly myalgialgia hope doctor may ask me to to for temporal artery biopsy. I have strong history genetic inheritance; some symptoms seen in grand father.
