Your symptoms are indicative of a recent viral infection. Have rest, plenty of oral fluid, soft diet. Do warm saline gurgle, may take tab paracetamol SOS.

Tinnitus can be controlled by tinnitus habituation therapy (THT ). Medicines do not control tinnitus when used alone, it may be co prescribed with THT.

I have DNS which leads to snoring, continuous sneezing and continuous nasal blockage. Kindly suggest and remedy.

DNS causes nasal obstruction and snoring. It should be corrected by septoplasty / SMR operation. Sneezing is caused by allergy which should be treated medically.
