Mri does not effect sleep. Go for thyroid test. Secondly if you are overweight it makes one sleepy. A person in depression also complains of change of sleeping pattern.

Your weight is did appropriate for your height. Reduce it and try abdominal muscles strengthening exercises as well as posterior pelvic tilt.
