I think due to continuos drinking his liver is affected. Go for an u.s.g.of upper abdomen. Ask him to stop drinking gradually.

Reports are quite o.k please take a strict diabetic diet. Start walking 1/2 hr. Daily in morning or evening.

Please start taking Metformin (500) before lunch and Glimipride (1) before dinner and examine your PPBS after 10- days. Stop taking other diabetese medicine.
