Hello sir /madam I am 32 years male unmarried height 5.7, weight 70 kgs .muscle growth is not strong, insomnia,anxiety depression negative thoughts, low concentration, not active in day time, muscles and legs are not flexible and are tenderness, while sitting position to standing there is discomfort while standing not flexible, my head is heaviness, something thinking unknown reason, fatigue ,fear, sleep disturbance, sound sleep, erection dysfunction and pennis is not erected strongly and not standing up wards ,low concentration on sex, pressure in forehead between the middle of the both eyes.
