6 month baby has mouth ulcer. I apply a gel in mouth choline salicylic & lignocain she feels good but after 2 days same problem any other treatment please.

Will need multivitamin supplements. Continue applying the gel 3 times a day for a week at a stretch. If ulcer still persists, please visit your pediatrician.

Normally after any febrile illness, babies may refuse feeds for a while. Try ors or fruit juice to avoid dehydration. Things will be fine soon.
