This is mostly urinary tract infection or renal stone. Do a urine routine examination from a good lab and get to me.

U might have aphthous, means mouth ulcer. Need to see a picture of the paining area. If it is ulcer, take multivitamin tablet for 10 days. And apply some local steroids.
