Dear lybrate user,
avoid drinking such drinks as they have a high content of sugar & preservatives in them which are harmful for your body & digestion. Consume more of normal drinking water & natural fruit juices, like lemon, orange, mango, sweetlime, also you can have chaas coconut water, which are healthy & cooling drinks in summer.

Hello, lemon water with ginger and honey has amazing detox properties but if you are aiming for weight loss then remember 1 tbsp of honey has about 60 to 70 calories. Ginger, lemon and honey tea is a refreshing beverage often used to help relieve cold and flu symptoms. These ingredients have their own natural medicinal qualities and when they are combined, they create a soothing tea that can ease symptoms and boost your immune system.
