Dear user , along with vitamins you need a good diet , a calorie surplus diet. vitamins don't have calories taking it twice won't help you, but a good balanced diet can make you gain weight .

Is supradyn tablet good to take daily for multivitamins? Will supradyn tab induce weight gain? I am 50 years, female and a little overweight, 72 kgs.

she won't eat , its you who is suppose to change her eating habits. reduce the amount of milk gradually shifting to pureed and blended foods...and then to normal foods.

My baby girl haa turned 1 on 31st march. She had pneumonia but now she is fine. Her hb is low so doctor has prescribed tonic for that. Doctor has suggested to atop her milk. But she does not eat food much. She’ll have only one or two morsels thats it. She is 10 kgs. She sleeps without eating food so I have to feed her milk. people suggest me that do not feed her anything if she is hungry she will eat on her own but I do not like her being hungry so I feed her milk. please help what to do? Should I feed her forcefully or feed her milk or should I wait till she is hungry?

focus on fixing your digestion first , fix the gut it will increase your hunger. eat frequent meals. additional calories is needed to make you gain weight.

Hi i'm esther, i'm 18 but I look like a 12 years old, I have been trying to weight gain but I guess it's not working, took apetamin and some multivitamins. It made me hungry but I still had no appetite to eat and as a result of that I became thinner. It really bothers me cause my clothes are not fitting anymore and I get body shamed often. What should I do?

Yes you won't gain weight. Try not to take carbs more than 60 % of your total calories. Rest is okay. Infact wheat and rice has approximately same calories and carb content .it's the quality of carbohydrates which make wheat a little less on glyce...

If I eat rice daily in my diet so it will not gain my weight na? My maintain calories is 1900 but I taking only 1300 calories but with rice daily so it will not gain my weight.

Dear user, birth weight must get doubled by the age of 6 months .so yes your baby is doing fine. You can start with weaning. As of now just start with rice starch and dal water that too only 1-3 tsp. Gradually increase.

My baby birth weight is 2.8 kg (male) at 4 month he is 5.8 kg.now he is 5 month old .is it low. Can I start weaning now.
