Do not skip your breakfast. Rather you have to take regular meals at regular interval. Go for LFT, and take Robinia 200. Fruits, proper sleep will help.

Without managing pcos, weight can not be reduced. You can go for cycling, walking swimming etc and have green veg in your diet. Avoid nonveg food.
