I am the founder of the Centre for Mental Healthcare in Lucknow and currently serve as a remote consultant clinical psychologist for Hope Trust Hospital in Hyderabad and Yes Mindy in Delhi NCR. I am a certified practitioner in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (trained by Dr. Russ Harris from Australia) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (trained by Dr. Barbara Rothbaum, Dr. David Tolin, and Debra Kaysen from the USA). Additionally, I specialize in addiction treatment using Motivational Enhancement Therapy and Relapse Prevention Therapy (MET & RPT). With overall 13 years of experience, I have worked extensively with cases involving adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, psychological trauma, and personality disorders.
I hold a PhD from AIIMS, New Delhi, and an MPhil from the Central Institute of Psychiatry (a premier mental health institute established by the Britishers), Ranchi. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as the Director of Research at IMHRC Lucknow, with research papers published in prestigious PubMed and Scopus journals. I have also been a guest speaker at esteemed institutions including the Army Corps Center & College Lucknow, Central Command Lucknow, and the National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre at AIIMS, New Delhi.
