Currently i lost my job.I am so depressed.Always a negativity working in my mind.I know i should be positive.I definitely get another job.But still i can not resist myself from the negative thinking.As a result i cannot concentrate on study which is necessary for cracking the interview.I also cannot tolerate my boy friend also in this time.Every single word i am taking otherwise.Pls tell me how can i help myself.
