No diet plan Work esp for thigh or hip area do lower body exercise & avoid Butter, Ghee & Fatty food. Sit less more sitting give more fat on lower body.

Better time is to do walk in the morning instead of night time. But still if you prefer After half hour of your dinner and it should be slow walk not brisk.
