You should not be stopping any of the medications which your are taking prior or after vaccination for covid. You should take vaccination, it will be more helpful.

It depends on the weight. 5 years kid usually will be around 15-17 kgs. So you shud give 4 ml thrice daily.

For how long do I continue with wormorid drops for my 5-year-old, i've read it should be given 4 times a day (10 drop at a time) for a month. Is that correct?

If your looking to deworm your kid. In place of wormorid use bandy plus. 10 ml syrup at once in the night only once in 6 months.
