It is not important weather to take it before meal or after meal. What impois to take it on a fix time every time. Say you take it in the morning 9 o clock than take it at 9o clock.don't do it like today you take it in the morning, second time you take in the noon. Don't do that.fix a time and take it regularly.

you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs.
