You may have side effect of the azithro or the rashes are a part of disease and need a review with doctor and antihistamines like Cetirizine will help in itching till you see a doctor.

I got throat infection from past 2 days. I got fever on the first day. I used Azithromycin Tablets (AZAX-500). There is no use of it. Hello, my derma suggested me azithromycin 500 tablet (tab. Azicip 500 mg) for 1 month for acne but it resulted in more severe acne on my face and on follow up she suggested me isotretinoin capsule ip 10 mg (tab. Tretifine 10 mg) without telling me about it's side effects and precautions should be taken by me so please suggest me if I should continue those capsules or not, I am scared I don't want more acne already presents once are too much painful and normal acne are turning into cystic once.

Isotretinoin should be started after evaluation of liver function. Side effects include dry skin, lips & irritation. It should not be given in pregnancy or women planning pregnancy. Kindly consult a good dermatologist.

My baby boy ,age 5. 7 years suffering with high fever from afternoon. I gave him Rxmef syrup he not recovered upto evening I gave two times ,then 8 'O clock I gv azithromycin syrup 5 ml (Azax 200 mg) along with rxmef .After 1 hr my boy went for watery motions for 6 times within 3 hours and vomited what he ate. And felt abdominal pain slightly .wats the wrong ,I dont know azithromycin syrup suggestible or not.

The fever of your son was the result of an intestinal infection as shown by vomiting and abdominal pain along with loose stools. He needs to be given ORS and prebiotics (like Nutrolin B) and there is no harm in continuing the azithromycin for its 3 day course.
