First of all you apply dual gel on the affected area at night only along with doxt sl capsule after meal at night. After a good face wash, apply this gel at night and wash your face again in the morning. Run them for 15 days. Hopefully you will get good results, even if you don't get any results, you can definitely take online treatment with us. Complete cure is possible with proper treatment. Thanks!

Yes, azelaic acid is used to treat post inflammatory erythema but used depending upon the indication (like in acne. But there are some side effects with its use which are commonly encountered by patients like burning sensation, dryness, peeling of skin etc. For that use a moisturizer first and after 30 mints use aziderm. Avoid sun exposure. Thanks.

Normally azelaic acid makes skin dry, if it is still oily you should change the product after consulting a dermatologist.

Look for irritation and burning. If there is no such complaint, you can continue. But in case of excessive burning, just apply for 5-10 minutes and then wash off with water.

Aziderm is a strong medication only to be used under supervision. You might be developing a reaction. Stop using it immediately and start applying cetaphil moisturizing cream three times a day for 5 days. Further treatment will depend on your condition after 5 days.
