While lifestyle changes like regular exercise, a healthy diet, stress management, and other activities like yoga can significantly impact blood pressure, they might not be sufficient alone, especially in cases of consistently high readings like yours.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Ibs symptoms can come and go – you may not have any symptoms for months and may then have a sudden flare-up. They can be linked to going to the toilet and eating, which may make individual symptoms, like tummy pain, better or worse. Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. As regards your blood glucose control, it is excellent. In such a situation I do not see the need for any additional medication like pioglitazone half tablet twice a day. As regards bp and changing to benidipine it may be in your doctors judgment that drug could be more suitable to you. I really have no say on that. However, I do not see any reason for adding pioglitazone with metformin when you have such a good control. Thanks.

propranolol or other betablockers group of medicines have minimal side effects compared to other medicines you had been taking
continue with medicines even if bp gets normal because these betablockers reduce the risk of getting heart attack or stroke
second fear, safety for diabetics, these medicines do affect blood sugar levels and lipids too but it's so minimal that your dose of Medicine for diabetes will not be affected.
