Leg PainIf you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

You can take a basugine (glargine) substitute for lantus it comes in vial form and much cheaper.
Ask your diabetologist to shift you from rapid acting lispro (humalog) to regular insulin (actrapid) which is cheaper but you need to take it 30 mins before each meal as action is little slower.

Either you take nova rapid or jardiance because both decreases blood sugar. Yes with nova rapid sugar was not controlled then you can take both simultaneouly. No problem.
We can decrease dose of nova rapid accordingly.

Normally insulin is prescribed to a patient under strict supervision of the treating physician to is has to be regulated insulin inj given when the diabetes is not controlled by diet, exercise and oral medication so you should consult a medical specialist or dibetologist for dter! iningvthe the doses of insulin.
