Your sister's epistaxis is might be due to dry nose and itching die to allergy. Finger pricking is most common. Anyway using botroclot drop combined with nasvion-s drop might relieve the symptoms. If bleeding continues, she might need help of an ent surgeon.
Thanks.

Stop Aspirin for now and control high blood pressure if any. I think as CT suggested mild deviation, there is minimal chance of local pathology bleeding. Rather it might be due to high pressure. Cont same treatment with antibiotic and thanks 500. As add on you may apply Botroclot nose drop 4 hourly. If not controlled consult ENT specialist for thorough nasal endoscopy.

Take botroclot drops soak it in cloth, apply cloth inside nostril and pinch nose from outside to stop bleeding.

Hello Lybrate user, your gums are infected and that is this is the reason for blood in your saliva after chewing hard food. Normal protocol to treat such cases is a course of antibiotic and an antibacterial mouthwash followed by ultrasonic scaling and polishing (which is is actually cleaning of teeth surface). Any dentist can perform this procedure. Hope this helps.
