Dear Lybrate user, Rotacaps and Inhalers can be substituted (if they are of same name and strength)
Although Inhaler with spacer is the best method of using Inhalation medicine.

Dear Lybrate user, there is no documented / reported case of liver toxicity with use of budesonide & formoterol (budamate) inhaled drugs.
Since you have observed a rising of liver enzymes, it would be advisable to contact your treating doctor and reduce the dose of your inhaler (because all medicines pass through liver and may cause further problem)
you also need to contact a dm gastroenterology and try to find reason for liver problem.

Yu can use nasal spray metatop & at the same time you can use budamate 100 transhaler and there is no problem in taking both.

If patient is asthmatic and the above drug could control her symptoms before pregnancy, then there is no harm if the drug is continued. But if patient is not asthmatic, it's better to go for other drugs.

Yes . There is obvious use of transhaler to control stop as there is variant called cough variant of asthma. The cough can be due bronchospasm and it will be relieved by inhaler
