you can use chuna ka pani. two tsf with one fourth cup of milk for long time. we used to give our kids since three months of age. u can take medicine for constipation other wise u develop fogging of brain, fatigue etc.

You can have yogurt. See the sugar content in type of yogurt which you eat. Sugar should be less. Do not eat chuna. It may cause urinary stones.

I have bppv. Does crystal of calcium carbonate can dissolve in the semicircular canal or in utricle.
