pantothenic acid is basically a form of vitamin b present naturally in many food. Calcium pantothenate is again another form of same thing that we take through several nutritional supplements. Now coming to it's use in pimples. There are several studies that mentions it's usefulness in decreasing pimples. Both of them does help.
