Dear user. I can understand. ENTACOM PLUS 150 mg Tablet, Carbidopa belongs to the class of drugs called decarboxylase inhibitors. In the Plus, the doses are 100mg and 25mgs respectively.
The CR is a time released formulation and it offers an additional dosage of 50mgs and 200mgs, in addition to the dosage listed above.
And side effects may include: nausea, dizziness and drowsiness.

It would require adjustment of medicines according to current clinical condition of patient, probably you are not giving right dose of medicines
