Better way is to consult local doctor and have a check up. He will prescribe appropriate locally available medicines. Change of BP medicine has to be with check up and doctor's prescription.

Tablet cilacar contains cilnidipine which is a calcium channel blocker, helps reduce bp. Dilnip trio contains three medications which are combined together - cilnidipine, telmisartan and chlorthalidone. If your bp is 130/80 with dilnip trio then it means your body has adjusted to the medications. Cilacar t is a combination of cilnidipine and telmisartan. It should technically not cause increased urination unless you are consuming a lot of water after taking the tablet. Reduce your water intake couple hours before bed and you should be fine. To be doubly sure, check you psa levels and do a sonography of your abdomen with pvr (post void residual urine) on a full bladder to rule out a prostate issue.

Hello dear. You are doing the right treatment.
In addition avoid red meat and spices.
Take lots of fluids and veggies. Do sits baths with warm water thrice a day.
Take softolax granules with water bed time.
If the fissure doesn't heal by 3 weeks, then consult a good surgeon or proctologist, n you may need surgery then.
Regards.
