Dear lybrate-user, I think you can get started with some oral isotretinoin after consulting a near by dermatologist. Work on your diet and exercise as well. Continue washing your face with cetrilak or acnelak soap at least 3-4 times a day.

see both these medicines have their own role to play.
Acnesol is clindamycin gel which is an antibiotic for pus lesions and adaclene is a retinoid more useful for blackheads and whiteheads.
You can also use them in combination
acnesol in the morning and adaclene in the night
with a sunscreen in the morning.
Adaclene should always be applied in the night.
