Progynova can be used instead of it. It is oestrogen valerate. Whereas lynral is ethyl estradiol.
More or less same function.

Ideally menses should resume by next 5-7 days however if pregnant , then it should not affect the pregnancy.

Usually 3 to 8 days after stopping medicines. If no bleeding by 8 days change in management with extra reports.

Both are good depends on patient condition and special situation. Get your PT INR checked which should be in range of 2-3. I feel 1mg is very low dose.

You can take homoeopathic medicine
arnica montana 200 thrice a day. See if it helps.
